We run the trips we wanted to take ourselves: unhurried days, sixteen people at most, and someone who knows your name.
Meera led treks in the Himalaya for ten years before starting Wanderline with two departures a season. There are sixty now, and she still rides the first Ladakh batch every June.
Two departures and a borrowed van
The first Wanderline trip was eleven friends of friends on a Ladakh road trip. Most of them came back the next year and brought someone.
We still grow the same way. More than half of each season's travellers have been with us before or were sent by someone who has.
