Getting started

What is Tourify?

Tourify is a CRM and operations platform built specifically for Indian tour operators. It replaces Excel sheets, WhatsApp coordination, Word itineraries and scattered Google Drives with one integrated system.

Who is Tourify for?

Group tour companies, FIT planners, DMCs, and adventure operators in India. If you manage travellers, trips, bookings and payments — Tourify is for you.

How do I get started?

Sign up at tourify.in/signup. No credit card required. You get a 14-day Pro trial, then you can stay on the free plan or upgrade.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import traveller records via CSV. Our team can also help with guided migration for larger datasets — email hi@tourify.in.

Pricing & billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers up to 50 travellers with core features. No time limit, no credit card.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in INR. Annual billing takes 20% off. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans are not refundable. Annual plans are eligible for pro-rata refunds on unused months. See our refund policy for details.

Features

Does Tourify handle GST invoicing?

Yes. Tax-inclusive pricing, GST split, HSN codes, and place of supply are built in. Invoices are branded with your logo.

Can travellers self-serve?

Yes. The Traveller Portal lets your customers view trips, upload documents, check balances, and write reviews — without calling you.

Do you have a website builder?

Yes. Pick a template, customise colours, connect a custom domain, and publish. Trip listings and departure availability update automatically from your CRM data.

Can I manage multiple trips and departures?

Absolutely. The Departure Timeline gives you a season-wide view with capacity badges, live trip indicators, and per-departure revenue tracking.

Security & data

Where is my data stored?

On Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Row-level security ensures strict isolation between organisations.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export travellers, bookings, and other records at any time. Your data belongs to you.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate during this window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Yes. We offer guided onboarding calls for paid plan customers. We'll help you set up your first trip, import data, and configure your workflow.
