Compare Tourify to Sembark, Zoho and Excel, and see exactly what changes.
Every tour operator is running something today: a spreadsheet, a generic CRM, or another travel platform. Here is where Tourify is the same, and where it is not.
What changes when leads, quotes and payments leave three phones and a spreadsheet for one system.
Compare →Tourify vs. SembarkOne is built DMC-deep, with quote-only pricing. One is built for outbound operators and FIT agencies, with its price on the page.
Compare →Tourify vs. Zoho CRMA generic CRM versus one that already knows GST, departures, seats and rooming lists.

Tourify vs. Sembark
Sembark is built DMC-first, and that depth is real: supplier contracting at room-type and meal-plan level, blackout and stop-sale dates, bulk rate upload, a movement chart and SIC handling. If your core work is contracting rates and receiving travellers on the ground, it is ahead of us there and the comparison page says so. What it does not publish is a price. Its pricing page is a request form, its own FAQ answers “Is the setup fee mandatory?” with “Yes,” and its own table lists no free trial. The word “GSTR” appears nowhere on its public site.
Tourify vs. Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a general-purpose sales platform and a capable one. If travel is only part of what you sell, or your invoicing already lives in an accounting package you are happy with, it will bend to almost any process you configure. What it has no concept of is a fixed-date departure with a seat count, a rooming list, or a tax invoice carrying SAC 998555 and a place of supply. Those become custom fields and months of configuration. The comparison page is about that gap, not about pipeline features, where Zoho is fine.
Tourify vs. Excel + WhatsApp
This is what most Indian tour operators actually run on, and for a one-person agency doing a few departures a season it is hard to beat on cost or familiarity. The comparison page is about what breaks after that: the enquiry that lives in one salesperson's personal phone, the quote version nobody can find when the traveller queries the price, the advance recorded as a screenshot. It covers what moves into one system, and what you give up in habit to get there.
Best travel CRM software in India
Eight vendors in one table — Tourify, Sembark, helloGTX, Triplide, CRMtravel, TraviYo, Digital Travels and Zoho — on price, setup fees, free plans, GSTR-1 export, per-line margin and traveller portals. Every cell is sourced to the vendor's own public pages, and cells those pages do not establish read “Not published” rather than a guess. Five of them have no head-to-head page here at all, so this is where to start if you are still building a shortlist.
Competitor claims are scoped to each vendor's own public pages, checked 3 August 2026. No demo accounts, no affiliate links.
Three cases where you should buy something else.
Your core work is contracted supplier rates
A DMC running room-type and meal-plan rate sheets, blackout dates and bulk rate uploads through a season needs contracting depth Tourify does not have. Sembark does.
You need e-invoicing with IRN and QR
Tourify exports GSTR-1 sections — B2B, B2CL, B2CS, HSN, documents and exempt. It does not generate IRNs. If e-invoicing is a hard requirement today, that is an accounting suite's job, not ours.
Travel is a side line of a larger business
If tours are one revenue line among several and the rest of the business already lives in a general-purpose CRM, a travel-specific system will fight you. Configure the CRM you have.
