Make a tax invoice for a tour package or your service fee, with CGST and SGST or IGST worked out to the paisa, TCS on overseas packages and a UPI QR for the amount due.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Tourify.
Prints as Invoice, with no GST, because there is no GSTIN.
Unique in the financial year.
PNG, JPG or WebP up to 1 MB. It stays on this device.
Leave blank if you are not registered. Without a GSTIN you can't charge GST.

A tour package is billed at 5% on the full price with no input tax credit, with the declaration this tool prints, or at 18% with credit; your own fee or commission is 18%. See 5% or 18% on a tour package invoice, or compare both on the tour package GST calculator.
CGST and SGST apply when your state and the customer's state match, IGST when they differ (which one to charge). Selling to foreign tourists, or earning commission from overseas suppliers, has special GST rules. Ask your CA.
TCS on an overseas package sits below the invoice value and is never part of GST. When a customer pays an advance, give them a receipt with the advance receipt voucher, then net the advance and its TCS on the final invoice here.
This tool can't generate an e-invoice IRN (who needs one), check a GSTIN live on the GST portal, or keep a copy of your invoice. For every field an invoice needs, see the GST invoice format for travel agencies.
Either 5% on the full package price with no input tax credit (except on tour operator services bought from another tour operator), when the bill includes stay and transport and says it is the gross amount, or 18% with full input tax credit. Your own service fee or commission is 18%. These are the rates notified from 22 Sep 2025.
Compare your GST state with the customer's state, taken from their GSTIN or address. Same state means CGST plus SGST at half the rate each; different states mean IGST at the full rate. If the customer has no GSTIN and you have no address for them, use your own state.
As a separate line below the invoice value: 2% of the amount including GST for payments from 1 April 2026, or 5% if the traveller has not given a PAN. GST is not charged on TCS, and the traveller can claim it when they file their income-tax return. If you already collected TCS on an advance, enter it so the final invoice does not collect it twice.
Yes. Leave your GSTIN blank and the document becomes an invoice with no GST lines, because a business without a GSTIN cannot charge GST. TCS on an overseas package still applies. If you are under the composition scheme, enter your GSTIN and turn on the composition switch to get a Bill of Supply. GST registration is needed once your turnover in a financial year crosses ₹20 lakh (₹10 lakh in Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura).
If your turnover crossed ₹5 crore in any year since 2017-18, invoices to GST-registered customers need an IRN from the GST e-invoice portal, and an invoice without it is not valid. This tool cannot generate an IRN. For invoices to individual travellers it adds the declaration the rules require.
Yes, in the 'Paid on your behalf' block, if you paid it to the third party on the client's authorisation and recover it at actual cost. It is shown separately, is not part of your taxable value and carries no GST; your own fee carries 18%. A 5% package invoice cannot have this block.
No. A proforma shows the customer what they will be billed, with the same GST and TCS maths, so they can pay. It is not a tax invoice. Issue a receipt voucher when an advance comes in, and the tax invoice within 30 days of providing the service.
General guidance based on GST rates notified from 22 Sep 2025 and income-tax rules for FY 2026-27, last reviewed 17 Oct 2026. Not tax advice; confirm with your CA.
Tourify raises the invoice from the booking with your numbering, TCS and UPI QR, and every invoice lands in your GSTR-1 export.
