How much does travel agency CRM software cost in India?–
Tourify runs ₹0 to ₹14,999 a month, flat, not per seat. Most travel CRMs price per user, so a 15-person team on a ₹1,500/seat tool pays ₹22,500 a month for the same headcount our Pro plan covers at ₹9,999 with unlimited trips and departures included. Can I migrate from Excel?+
Travellers and leads, yes, save the sheet as CSV and upload it; the columns we recognise come in, anything else is ignored. Trips, departures and past bookings have no importer yet, so those get entered in the app. We'll sit on a call with you for your first import and help you get set up, included on every plan.
Do you support multi-currency?+
Pricing on Tourify is in INR, but you can quote and invoice travellers in USD, EUR, GBP and AED. Forex rates auto-update daily; you can override them per booking.
Is my data secure?+
Data lives in encrypted Indian data centres. Daily backups for 30 days. Granular role-based access for your staff. DPDP-compliant by design.
Can I export my data?+
Anytime, in CSV or JSON. Travellers, trips, bookings, payments, documents, all of it. Your data is your data.
Do you offer training?+
Every plan includes onboarding. Pro and Business get a dedicated account manager and quarterly product reviews. We also run free webinars every other Friday. For a limited time, Business plans include full data migration and onboarding done for you by our team.
What does the free custom website on annual plans include?+
On Pro and Business annual plans, our team builds your website for you: template selection, your branding and logo, trip pages, and custom domain connection, published and live. You review it, we adjust, you own it. On other plans the self-serve website builder is still included.
What if I outgrow a plan mid-month?+
Upgrade anytime, we prorate. No nasty surprises and no contracts to break.
