Free travel enquiry form for your website
Make an enquiry form for your website that asks for destination, dates, travellers and budget. Each enquiry opens in the visitor's WhatsApp or email app, typed out and addressed to you.
Where enquiries go
With or without +91. A 10-digit number gets 91 added.
Questions on the form
Phone number is always asked, so you can call back.
Look
WhatsApp link and floating button
Live preview
The preview works for real: its button opens WhatsApp or your email app with the test enquiry typed out.
Code for your website
Add your WhatsApp number to get the code.
Enquiries go from the visitor's phone straight to your WhatsApp or inbox, and only once they press send. Nothing is stored, and Tourify never sees them.
How it works
- Enter your agency name and your WhatsApp number or email.
- Choose the questions the form asks and its colour.
- Test the form in the preview, then copy the code.
- Paste the code into a custom HTML block on your website.
What the code does
The code is plain HTML with one style block and one short script, so it loads nothing from other servers, sets no cookies and tracks nobody. If your site builder removes scripts, visitors see a plain WhatsApp or email button with a ready message instead of the form.
The form asks the questions you need for a first quote. For what to ask next and how fast to reply, read the five questions to ask every travel enquiry, why the first agency to reply wins the booking and where enquiries die.
Questions operators ask
Where do the enquiries go?
Straight to your WhatsApp or email. When a visitor submits the form, WhatsApp or their email app opens with the enquiry already typed and addressed to you. Tourify does not receive or store it.
Will it work on WordPress, Wix or Google Sites?
Paste the code into any block that accepts custom HTML. If a site builder strips scripts, the snippet falls back to a plain WhatsApp (or email) button with a ready message.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No. Any WhatsApp number works. Enter it with or without +91; a 10-digit Indian mobile number gets 91 added for you.
Can I remove the Powered by Tourify link?
Yes. Switch it off before you copy the code.
Why use a form instead of a plain WhatsApp button?
A form asks the questions you need for a quote, so every chat starts with destination, dates, travellers and budget instead of a bare hello.
What if the visitor does not press send?
Then the enquiry does not reach you. The form only opens WhatsApp or the email app with the message typed out; nothing is saved anywhere along the way.
What happens on a laptop?
WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp desktop app opens instead of the phone app. If you let visitors pick, someone without WhatsApp can send the same enquiry by email.
Enquiries in a pipeline, not a chat scroll.
Tourify's website forms put every enquiry in your leads list with the tour and dates attached, and remind you to follow up.
