Five pages your travel agency website needs: terms, privacy, cancellation and refunds, contact, and service delivery. They carry your registered name and contact details, and the cancellation page uses your own slabs.

How it works

  1. Enter your brand, registered name and contact details.
  2. Set your cancellation slabs and how long a refund takes.
  3. Pick a page, then copy its HTML or text, or download it.
  4. Publish each page on your website and link all five from the footer.

What the pages cover

The terms cover your website and how an enquiry becomes a booking, the cancellation page states your slabs and refund timeline, and the privacy page says what traveller data you collect and who receives it.

Questions operators ask

Which policy pages does a travel agency website need?

Terms and conditions, a privacy policy and a cancellation and refund policy, plus a contact page and a service delivery (shipping) page. Payment gateway onboarding checklists usually ask for these pages before they approve a website.

Should I use my brand name or my registered name?

Both. The pages name your registered legal entity as the business customers contract with, and your brand as the name they know.

Can I change the cancellation slabs?

Yes. Edit the days and the charge for each slab; the tool checks that every day before departure falls in exactly one slab before you copy the pages. The example slabs are a starting point, not a standard.

What do the pages say about GST and TCS on a cancellation?

GST on a retained cancellation charge is at the same rate as the original booking. TCS collected on an overseas tour package is credited against the traveller's PAN and can be claimed in their income-tax return.

Is this legal advice?

No. The pages are a starting point written for Indian travel agencies. Have a lawyer review them for your business.

Where do I put these pages?

Publish each as its own page on your website and link all five from the footer. Paste the HTML into a WordPress or other HTML editor, or the plain text into any website builder.

Is anything I type saved?

Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Tourify. Your details stay on this device only if you ask the tool to remember them.

A starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it for your business. General guidance based on GST rates notified from 22 Sep 2025 and income-tax rules for FY 2026-27, last reviewed 17 Oct 2026. Not tax advice; confirm with your CA.
