Voucher, confirmation and booking request
The confirmation number comes from the hotel or your supplier; the voucher is your agency's document that carries it, with the guests, dates and meal plan, to the traveller and the front desk. This tool cannot check the number with the hotel, so issue a voucher only once your supplier has confirmed the booking.

Questions operators ask
What should a hotel voucher include?
The hotel's name and address, the supplier confirmation number, guest names, room type and count, meal plan, check-in and check-out dates, inclusions and an emergency contact. Keep rates off the traveller's copy.
What do EP, CP, MAP and AP mean?
EP is room only. CP includes breakfast. MAP includes breakfast and one main meal. AP includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Why is a confirmation number required?
A voucher without the supplier's confirmation number can't be checked at the front desk, so the tool will not save or copy a voucher without one. It does not check the number with the hotel, so enter only the number your supplier gave you.
Is a voucher the same as the hotel's confirmation?
No. The voucher is issued by your agency to the traveller and the hotel; the confirmation number comes from the hotel or supplier. The voucher carries your agency's name, not the hotel's branding.
Where does my net rate go?
Only into the booking request for the supplier. The traveller's voucher never shows a rate, so you can forward it as it is.
Is anything I type saved?
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Tourify. Your agency details stay on this device only if you ask the tool to remember them. Guest names and booking details are never saved.
